Jennifer provides an integral piece of self- care for my family. My daughter, husband and myself all see her when we can. My girl is a dancer and frequently suffers with back discomfort so I decided to send her to Jennifer, too. Although she is young, I decided now is the time to teach her self-care and to be proactive with her mental and physical health needs. She had a massage with Jenn today and just couldn’t explain how amazing it was! She taught her some “cool” stretches to help with her lower back pain. If you need a mental reset or just some knots worked out, Jennifer is your girl! She really is amazing!

I don't usually like getting massages, but Jennifer did a fantastic job! She helped to alleviate some of my pain and relaxed some of my stress in just one visit. It was also fun getting to know her. I will definitely be back.
