didn’t receive any help while looking for a certain hair color. she didn’t come up to us once. she ran to the back and went through boxes. im unsure of her name but that really ticked me off.

The store is tucked away in a little strip mall and is very quaint, and yet, at the same time of Valerie exciting to walk into they have a lot of specialty products. It was clean and organized. We met the manager and explained that this was his first time there and he's a cosmetology student, and she was phenomenal. She explained all the extra services that they provide. The education and the specials that they run throughout the year.I'm really looking Forward to seeing my husband work with them on his growth in this new industry

Oscar is the most talented hair stylist I have ever been to. I hardly came in with an idea of what I wanted to get and he helped me choose the perfect hair color. Having not been to a salon in a year my hair needed the help. I will most definitely be back, wouldn’t trust anyone to do my hair any better.

I went into the store to purchase a pair of clippers. On the shelf they were $189. Online, $159, pick up same day in store. I asked the cashier if I could just purchase them online and come back and pick them up once the order was ready. She just starred at me. Because she didn't respond, I then said, could you price match them? She said no. So I said again, would it just be easier for me to order online and pick them up? She said they'd be shipped from the warehouse, I wouldn't be able to pick them up online. But right there, while I was in store, the website was allowing me to order and pick up in store same day. $189 vs $159 right after the holidays is a pretty nice savings, it allows me to buy other products in the store........... just saying. So.... because this was a headache.... I

I went in looking for supplies and I was greeted with the most Beautiful up beat lady named Dee she totally knew just what I was looking for and was so full of knowledge I felt so blessed to have her helping me. This company definitely needs more people like her working for them. I will definitely go back I was very happy.
