Shelsie, whom I got the luck of meeting today, was an angel today. I'm an aesthetician and initially went in with the intention of purchasing a facial mask I had seen on the app. She asked me if I needed any help. I showed her a picture of the mask and they did not have it in stock. I have been curious about doing my own roots for a while, to be more self-efficient as I'm trying to budget. She responded with authentic, warm empathy which is a rarity in the retail world nowadays. I went close to closing time, not knowing I would end up asking questions about my roots. She stayed an extra 15 minutes taking the time to explain to me a simple way I can do my own roots, and she even guided me step by step, and helped me pick a shade for me. they always say they have everything in stock when I place the order and they never do and only send me half the items. Also I just called and the lady was unhelpful and didn’t really care to help at all or explain much.

Super friendly staff. If you need help they will do what they can to help. I Always leave happy .

The rudest employees working here, I can see that’s the normal behavior for there employees. No one was helpful nor willing to help when I had a question on a hair color. Don’t waste your tine at this location!

I had really horrible experience!!! I bough a gel for the nails for $22,95 which really ruined my nails and I was going to return it. But the cashier told me that it was a final sale. Nobody told me about that when I bought it. So she told me to come the other day and talk to the manager. When I came the manager was really rude to me ! She told me that I got that product for free and didn't pay any money because that's what the receipt said ! I'm sorry that your cashier doesn't know how to use the register properly. So it looks like I just came to the store took the product and left... I wish... but I really paid $22.95 for the horrible product and wanted my money back. It's not even about money.. it's just about the justice. Unfortunately I paid cash so I couldn't show them the credit car
