I am an avid runner, between 5k/10k, my training is hard enough to know that I need time to recover. The least O knew was that Massage and all its modalities are geared to allow a fast and better recovery. When I contacted Ideal I had no idea what he was going to do for my recovery, after a 15 minutes chat I understood that recovery is not only about one session, but about a consecutive amount of sessions to allow every area get better. Ideal was super professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. He did the evaluation and based on that, he explained what needed to be done afterwards, so I agree, and I can say with a happy heart that it was one of my best decisions. Massage are always great, but when it is done by Idael, it is even better. This time I witnessed how cupping therapy was at my brother, and I was so ready to get a feedback. It was ONE OF A KIND.. I highly recomend everyone to ask for that service, it is a great experience.
