If I could give it less than one star I would. I was kicked out of the store because I don’t have a license. Maybe y’all should put a sign on the door that says not open to the public. She was very rude about it. I just wanted to get some stuff to do my hair at home. I don’t think I need a license for that. You just lost business. I could’ve spent money in there and a lot of it but because she was rude and I was kicked out of the store, I can’t do that. I will take my business elsewhere. Do better!!!!

The Hispanic lady behind the counter, who had multiple piercings, was very rude from the moment I stepped into the store, and the attitude continued all the way through checkout. I hope she has a better day if I ever decide to return.

Great place and live the new location, only downside is they say they close at 6 online but they close at 5:(

Adrianna Garza is doing a great job managing the store in NB! She has fully stocked the shelves which were never fully stocked before! Always out of a lot of products I needed!!And is so helpful and knows the business! I’ve been a stylist for 28 yrs. & she is one of the best I’ve seen! She knows her products & is very prompt with her service & friendliness!! She,s a Keeper!!
