I had my hoodie on with unfinished hair and this tall lady with black hair kept giving me a nasty look like girl what are you looking at? Not only her but the day previous from that I went in the store to buy color and this other worker lady gave the same attitude and was just snobby. Great products, but poor customer service. So please owner talk to your workers. Thank you and goodbye.

I love all of the girls that work here. Super friendly and helpful. Always an enjoyable shopping experience. The store is always clean and well-stocked.

As a Dual-license professional I’ve shopped here occasionally because of the great products. However, I eventually stopped visiting due to the consistently unwelcoming and rude behavior of the staff. The atmosphere often feels oppressive, as though the employees are miserable with their jobs. Recently, I needed to lighten my daughter’s hair & the color she wanted was unavailable at Cosmo Prof (across the street). Despite my past experiences, I decided to give this place another shot. While my daughter was paying for her hair color, I noticed the tall woman at the register with dark hair giving her a DEEP, WIDE-Eyed- judgmental stare! Today November, 26th, 2024; at around 2:00pm. There was two girls, the one in the office was very arrogant, unprofessional and customer service is a very poor quality I’ve seen ever. She denied selling me more than $100 dollars worth of products because of a very minor reason, she was very despiteful and bitterly rude to the next level. They made me feel so uncomfortable and down that I didn’t even put the things I was trying to purchase back in the shelves. I just walked out and to make things even worse in this visit, both ladies came out running after me looking at me to see if I had taken anything, made me feel as if I was a thief. Most horrible store bad experience unhappy customer, my advise not to waste your money there let it be out of business , this is my 3 time bad customer service. I ordered on line items then go to pick up it’s not available , I can’t exchange to another available item. extremely rude , unhelpful service it’s mistreatment big time very disappointing and frustrating store
