I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at SalonCentric this morning. I arrived right at 8:00 AM when the store is supposed to be open only to find that no one was there. I waited until 8:30, and still, no employees had shown up. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s incredibly frustrating. As a hairstylist with a busy schedule, I rely on the store to be open when it says it will be. It’s unfair and unprofessional, especially for those of us trying to get our supplies early before clients. SalonCentric really needs to do a better job with scheduling and ensuring reliable coverage, especially during opening hours.

I'm a beauty professional. This store's attention is super. But the owners invest in technology and good machines, the products are very expensive so that they do not have good electronic quality .. they buy until they arrive

Always have great sales but bring your own bag

Coral gables Salon has always maintained a high level customer service, but this time they failed on doing so. July 22nd I called at 5:30 pm to order a product, a gentlemen was extremely rude and he wanted me to send the information via email instead of helping, when I had questions regarding products. Overall, the experience was terrible, I didn't get to placed an order and he gave the excuse of him needing to close the registers at 5:30 pm. The website states the shop closes at 6:00 pm. This is very disappointing as we make huge amounts of orders throughout the month. We hope this doesn't occur again, the gentlemen that answered the phone is definitely extremely bad for business at this location.
