Such an amazing team of ladies! I recently left my long career as a hairstylist to start my shear-sharpening business, and these women welcomed me without even knowing me. I walked in nervously to ask if they’d consider hosting an event, and they immediately listened, got the approval, and promoted it for weeks to make sure it succeeded. They didn’t have to do any of that—but they went above and beyond to support another woman starting a small business. I’m truly grateful. Merrillville is better because of women like them. Thank you, Pansie & team!

Very friendly, LOTS of inventory. The store is well organized and very clean. They have a lot, but it does not look cluttered. Staff has a lot of knowledge about the products. 5 Scissors ✂️ ✂️ ✂️ ✂️ ✂️

I avoid this location as much as I can because of Pansie L. She is always rude. I feel very uncomfortable shopping at this location. Not sure if she is racist or what she has against me specifically. Everyone else I have encountered here is nice and helpful. Unfortunately this is the nearest location and I have no choice but I never have a good experience when she is working.

Truly an incredible team! They are so helpful, always willing to go the extra mile, and never ever make you feel rushed. They take their time and they put compassion into their customers. Truly a special shoutout to these ladies!!! I am so grateful for them!

They want to deny a sale because I decided to no longer pursue a cosmetology license but do hair on my own time is a good way to lose money. 👍 Horrible customer service, make the extra drive and go to the highland location.
