Beware you need a license to purchase anything. Walked in to purchase a hairbrush and was advised I couldn't do so because I wasn't a licensed hairdresser. They only sell to licensed people. I asked the cashier if that was posted anywhere. She said yes. I'm currently standing outside looking at all of the flyers and posters on the windows and NOTHING says license REQUIRED for purchase. Here's a suggestion, maybe you could help save some of us the embarrassment of preparing for a purchase and being turned away by posting the info in your window. You get more than one star because your employee was actually friendly and kind. It could have been a good review if you posted proper requirements.

They don't sell any XG Paul Mitchell anymore so it's said that they won't send any of the XG so WTH is going on? This is from my city that I live in cause I have found it in other Salon Centrics but not the whole line of XG.

So i go here finally finding all my items & just to be told I couldn't spend my money because I'm not a license professional stylist & had to have an account I've never experienced being told this before from any wholesalers beauty supply like ever! In which i googled it &it doesn't state that on there site that those are the requirements. What a waste of my time & gas! 😡😡😡😡

So I'm a salon owner and called to see if they sell a specific product. I was told until I have an account they can't tell me what they sell. I would understand not disclosing pricing but as a business owner why would I waste my time setting up an account when I don't even know if you sell what I need?
