I left with one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had: the back was uneven, the front framing was completely mismatched (one side looked like a major piece was gone while the other side had a slight blend), and the color was nowhere near what I asked for. I requested a chocolate brown and walked out with a caramel shade I never wanted. When I raised these concerns, the stylist admitted she made mistakes but told me the only option was to come back so they could attempt to fix it. I could not be happier than I am regarding my experience at Infinity. I recently had been looking for a salon near my home and needed certain accommodations due to transport and time constraints. Jenna was so kind in helping me set an appointment for a color consult that met all my criteria. I was so fortunate at the time of consult she was able to fit me in for a color and cut. When asking what I wanted, she (Jenna) paid close attention and followed exactly what I was saying (and I am less than articulate in the salon chair). She was thoughtful and patient, her supervisor/peer gave her some color ideas/input and between the two of them, they got it perfect.
