Customer Reviews
The employees are nice and try to help but they are limited in what they can do. I’ve shopped at this location as ”RDA” for years and could always find what I needed or they could order it quickly. Since Salon Centric took over that don’t fully stock the shelves and are always out of things I need. Also, even though they have 6 stores, they can’t search inventory at other locations or have things transferred over like Armstrong does. You can get a lot of the same products at Armstrong McCall.
Brenda. You live up to your name. ICK. If you hate dealing with people, you should not be in any type of customer service. Someone was helping me run an errand and you treated her so poorly. Thank you for reminding me never to use you guys again!
Small store. Not a lot of product available. Poor customer service!!!!!
