I booked the date night experience at Altered State Wellness for my one‑year anniversary/Valentine's Day Weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. Jolene completely sold the experience from the moment we walked in—her energetic, uplifting personality made us feel welcomed and excited right away. She truly elevated the whole evening and turned it into a 5‑star memory we won’t forget. Highly recommend this experience, especially with Jolene guiding the way!

Booked the date night experience at this location and we were truly blown away! The experience from start to finish was exceptional! It included an hour float therapy session, (which I had never done before, but will definitely be doing on repeat going forward) followed by this thoughtfully crafted relaxing date night experience that included an amazing charcuterie board and champagne with a personalized card. All in all, the place was clean, amenities top-tier (loved the vitamin C shower), staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and all the equipment are the best of the best. Was told the red light bed they use is the same medical grade one used at the University of Pennsylvania. This place definitely puts the well in WELLness because I felt so good after visiting! Everyone is kind and friendly and I loved that I got to check out each room and see what spa treatments are available. I liked how every room was pristine and ambient and what peaked my interest was the fire & ice room that had a cold plunge and infrared sauna as well as the galaxy float room so I'm bookmarking those for later :) I tried the red light therapy room and was amazed at how every inch of my body was getting exposure to it. I had a wonderful experience at Altered States Wellness. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Adrian was fantastic, super attentive and helpful throughout my visit. Another kind lady also assisted me, and though I didn’t catch her name, she was equally warm and welcoming. We tried the sauna and cold plunge, which were perfect with high‑end equipment that made the whole experience feel premium. Next time, I’m excited to try the float room. Highly recommend for anyone looking to recharge and unwind.
