This store has absolutely changed in the BEST WAYs POSSIBLE! The staff are amazing, and the organization and cleanliness of the store are outstanding! They are so helpful in letting us know things have changed, and they are all so helpful when looking for products! They are all so knowledgeable in the different color lines and it’s just been a great experience! 100⭐️

I love that I have a supply store close to me. It is always been a fantastic experience whenever I go in I would love to give individual credit to Morgan Hoss. She is always willing to help and very knowledgeable. She is kind and courteous to everyone I have never met somebody who is so willing to help and take time out of her day even tho I’m sure she’s busy with many other things to ensure that you have a great shopping experience and are able to find all of the products that you need. You can tell that she takes great pride in making the store a success. You can tell that she is very Knowledgeable and passionate about the Beauty/salon industry. Morgan, the store manager is amazing. She took care of me and shipped exactly what I needed to my doorstep within 24 hours. It was amazing customer service she deserves a round of applause.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Wife went in here to get BioSilk. Was turned away because “she didn’t have her cosmetology license” don’t shop here go to Sally’s down the road much friendlier and helpful staff. Not rude like these people.
