If I could give this place one star, I would. The person working here, whose name I can’t quite recall—I think it was Marina or Marisa, something like that—is utterly incompetent. I own a salon, have my license, and obviously, my employees’ licenses as well. I gave her everyone’s phone number, showed her the salon, and explained everything she needed to know. But she just kept saying, “It doesn’t show up there.” There was a point where I thought she was deliberately trying to sabotage my business and by the way never come here again.

I went in to pick up an order I placed online and I wanted to pick up some curly products while I was there, Angel helped me pick out the products she was really sweet and I loved the products she recommend me! They're amazing! My curls are super defined and shiny!

My experience in this store was awesome. The lady that has short gray hair was so nice and helpful.. Thanks so much.. I'm from Michigan and this Florida store was a great visit for my needs. Thanks again

Now that I have moved on career wise I think I can leave a review. You’ll not find more dedicated and kind people than those who work at this location; Jeri and Joni are phenomenal ladies. The store is always clean, well stocked and presentable, and they offer more options for estheticians here.

Due to my busy schedule, I’ve had to call in personal orders and have family pick up the order for me, recently my sister in law has had MULTIPLE issues with a specific employee. I understand having security for stylists but full on interrogation and a negative attitude towards patrons is not necessary.
