I hate that you have to download an app to checkout 😡. As if I need to add another app account password ugh I’m so over it

I've been going to this location for yearss and I have never had the experience that I had until Tatiana helped me. She was very informative, and helpful. She shared her personal experience with the products and also share products that were budget friendly and higher end. Overall, I am glad she was there normally the individuals that work on Saturday arent familiar with the products and makes my shopping experience a bit difficult and buy what I know. With Tatiana being there it's giving me the experience to try new products to better treat my hair.

I walked into the store in Humble and was not greeted. I got my items from the shelf and headed to check out. On my way to the checkout counter I passed up a worker. Not even so much as a “hello”. The lady I passed up is the one that checked me out. Still no hello but a “What’s your phone number?” After checking out, another customer was coming in. That’s the only time I heard “Hello!”

Came here this afternoon to get a last minute restock since I couldn’t make it to my regular store off 290 before closing time. Since it’s a franchise, I understand that not all salon centrics are under the same management so the protocol and system is different. Usually when I come to a new location of Armstrong or salon centric they are able to pull up my license via tdlr but this experience was different. She asked me for my drivers license and a physical copy of my cosmo license which of course is not on me because legally it’s in my salon inside of a picture frame. She gave me a hard time and didn’t offer to look up my license. I then called my original location to see if they could pull up my license number and the sales girl who was giving me a hard time in the first place at this l
