Terrible attention and delay in the box to dispatch, they don't care how long the customer has to wait to be attended and too unfriendly when it comes to giving advice, or technical sheet of a product.... The staff is supposed to be qualified and have knowledge about the products that the store offers.... It's a perverse branch

Hialeah store is the best for me! I drive to that location because the team there REALLY ARE FRIENDLY!!! My daughter and partner likes the Kendall and 107 too but I am not familiar.The best professional lines .Well stocked clean and best of all thel actually call you when they have sales promotions and clases.I have nasty experiences on other store not mentioning here but that is what get loyalty.EXELLENT TEAM EXCELLENT BRANDS!! -

I went shopping recently to buy a last minute items for my business. I was very disappointed as I witnessed all the cashiers mock another client as she left. That customer had requested a regular bag for the items you had just purchased but her cashier told her, in a very rude manner, that she would have to pay $1.90 for the bag, the customer was shocked but decided to grab all of her paid items and walk out the store. To my surprise, as she is walking out all the cashiers began to mark her behind her back. I remained in line waiting to process my purchase but their behavior really surprised me.
