I have to take the time to acknowledge the amazing job that the girls at the Groton store do. I've always had the pleasure to work with Bella, Star and Katie and I can honestly say, that their kindness, knowledge, professionalism and willingness to help EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT ON SHIFT!!! By far the most knowledgeable and helpful store manager I’ve encountered in all the professional hairdresser stores I’ve shopped in. I had a huge inventory shopping trip to stock my 2 salons, and Katie was such a huge help! She even organized and labeled all my toners to help me with my purchase and salon inventory, and made sure I was taking advantage of all possible ways to save some money in process! Great experience, and had all the products I needed, I highly recommend this location!

Employee Katie is very knowledgeable and always willing to assist! Every time I visit the store and she's on duty she gives me great customer service!

This review is 2 months over due. But this location gave me by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any salon centric location and that’s thanks to Star. She’s literally your star employee and I hope y’all give her a raise. She’s super knowledgeable and the most helpful person I’ve encountered at one of your stores.
