Love love love this store and it's employees. I took a pulp riot class today and the salon centric employee who was in charge of it did a fantastic job!!!! She was also so super nice and friendly. The stores stock of merchandise, the layout and over all appearance was wonderful. I will definitely be returning.

Customer service was terrible. I heard the clerk talk to customers before me about a discount and how to save money. When it was my turn in line I got no conversation. However she inappropriately asked me was son my biological son. I'll never return. I use to go to the one in Woodbridge unfortunately it closed. I go to this store once every two years but that'll be my last visit. And with each visit in reminded why I hate that store.

The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they carry for salon professionals. Thank you all for being so awesome!

The manager Darah is awesome!!! she and her team are always so very helpful and work tirelessly to keep store clean and well stocked.

The staff is incredibly friendly but the store has empty shelves and to drive 30 mins and be out of almost everything disappointing
