The employees are so helpful and friendly. They always let me know what deals are going on and will actually message you when sales are happening. They make owning a business less stressful.

The manager working on 6/16/2025 was very rude and not helpful in the slightest when there was an issue with the account, and became hostile when I was confirming my info. She didn’t accommodate in the slightest and was rushing to take the next person while completely ignoring me. As a representative for a brand that sells to professionals, you would think your job is to help assist especially since all the info is mainly on their end. I’ve had girls at other stores help to work with me, while she didn’t even attempt. This kind of service really puts a bad name on the company.

Licensed Professionals ONLY! I noticed there were no images in any reviews of the inside and I supposed it was because the place was not well known, etc. The establishment is not open to general public. I did go in briefly and suppose I recommend for those with a cosmetology license. They were nice enough to apologize for the inconvenience but it’d be nice if the notice were listed prior to travel.

Tidiest, most organized store. The staff are amazing, you'll be greeted, asked if you need help, and they've all been there for a long time, that tells you something good! They make my life easier and are so pleasant about it. ❤️

I just left this location and Anna the store associate was a breath of fresh air! The joy she has in her job and making the customers feel great is something that can be spread. Thank you, Anna. SC has earned my business.
