Joshua has a cold , condescending energy that is not conducive to his title as Manager. I have been in the store many times on several occasions and it is the same all the time. Makes me want to avoid shopping there.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I walked in there last Wednesday as a student hoping to make an account as easy as it was at Cosmo proof. I collected all my items that I needed, went to the front and a guy approached me at the counter. I told him I needed to make an account and he said “Do it on your phone”. His tone set me very off guard, but I went on my phone and made the account to realize that I had to be 18 in order to make an account, which is technically discrimination since you can be a Licensed cosmologist at 16 In Virginia. I showed him my cosmetology paper that allowed me to buy from the three beauty supply stores. He said “what is that”. Which I replied “the paper that allows me to buy color and products”. He looked at the paper and told me my school wasn’t licensed, and

The two ladies there were very friendly. They show me the products and help me check fairly quickly.

I’m a licensed stylist and decided to visit this location with my boyfriend to pick up a few things like we have done many times before. The entire time we shopped, the worker followed my bf around from aisle to aisle without assisting or asking if he needed help. Not sure if theft is a common issue at this location but it made us feel uncomfortable enough that we wont be returning.

Nothing wrong with atmosphere. The worker was very rude. Sat in the corner on a chair on her phone.
