Not very helpful and the manager is kind of rude.

Love this location....the employees are very helpful & knowledgeable about the products. & The assistant manager is very nice. Their customer service is exceptional!

I am a licensed professional that purchases products from your Duluth, Ga location. I’m disgusted with how careless this store is and honestly has always been... so unorganized. Basically I purchased a Redken conditioner liter that I’ve always purchased here with no problems, Sold to my client, and then got an angry call later. This product was NOT conditioner. It looks and smells just like dial hand soap. It was soapy... HOW EMBARRASSING. I told her to return it to me and I’d contact Salon centric which I have. Hopefully you have not broken the trust of my client :( I’m not sure if someone returned the product to your store and put fake soap in it but I am so upset.. this is not cheap and my salon reputation is not cheap either. Hopefully this is the only one this has happened with.. I

Girl acted like it was an inconvenience to help. Told me that I had to download an app to buy anything. No other option was given. I am a visiting hairstylist on a film set and do not have Salon Centrics where I live complete waste of my time in this store.

I just walked out of there. I really needed new shears. I told the sales girl wanted to sign up for an account. She said that I couldn't because they were offline, not til Monday. I said okay I just wanted to look around at shears, to see if they even have what I want so I might come back. She said I wasn't ALLOWED TO - LOOK- because I don't have an account.... What?? I just said okay and walked out without a fuss. I was already expecting someone rude and unaccommodating because several of my coworkers have told me in passing about their experiences. Way to go losing customers, Salon Centric.
