The store should have a huge sign outside that it isn’t open to all public and that you need a membership and have a cosmetic license in order to even go inside. I went in last week as I was walking by with a group of mine and they wanted to check it out this lady that worked just approached us and told us we couldn’t be inside in a rude way . My group where people with disability and when I asked them to walk out with me they didn’t understand why they got kicked out they felt discriminated because the lady wasn’t kind enough to even explain to them .

Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service team was less than satisfactory. Despite my attempts to explain the issue in detail, I was met with a lack of empathy and understanding. my experience with Customer Service was frustrating and left me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the company's handling of my issue. I hope that in the future, they can take steps to improve their customer service and make it a more positive experience for customers who require their assistance. Ive been to many salon centric stores for years and this store in Downey never fails when it comes to costumer service.

They were nice over on the phone , but once I had arrived, and was about to pay my purchase. The staff asked me if I had a cosmetic license, or proof that I'm a student to purchase hair rubber bands. I never heard of needing those type of things to purchase rubber bands... Then the lady had the nerves to say I didn't ask on the phone, where to I feel like as her job is to inform the customers. If this is a REAL thing, they should had mentioned that on the phone before making the customer trip an inconvenience.. I honestly felt judged ,as if my money wasn't good to them.

Horrible customer service

The store is very well organized, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They always have monthly special.
