Picture 2021: Covid, social distancing and most salons closed. I’m calling my 5th salon to find a last minute appointment for a late night booty call I shouldn’t have been going to. Crystal answered, heard my desperation and took me in. I never ended up at that booty call appointment but more importantly I ended with a confidence boost and a friend for life. Crystal is a magician, from her near painless waxes to how quickly she works, leaving flawless results every single time. She is kind, warm, welcoming and holds some of my deepest secrets. Flash forward to 2026, I’ve been going to Crystal exclusively for 5 years and I would follow her to any location she moves to, she even attended my wedding in October 2025. Highly, highly, highly recommend this place! I’ve been getting waxed with Crystal and her team for 3 years now. Started off with Crystal, and now have been waxed by Yai, Hailey, and Brelyn as well. My goal is to get Ariana in the books soon. The entire team has shown the utmost professionalism and care each time I’ve come in for services. Not only do they make you feel so comfortable, they are efficient with their time, and make it as painless as possible. You can tell they take pride in their work. They are all so easy to talk to and I have the BEST conversations with whomever I am working with that day.
