Been to this specific location multiple times and keep getting dead named by Jessica R. Even when I’ve gone with other people who have to check out separately she never confirms the first name but magically needs to when I walk up to the front. She’s always been rude and short with me and honestly doesn’t make it feel safe for any queer person. I would avoid this location all together and go to the other one where I’ve never had this issue.

Salon Centric is my go to for beauty supplies. I am a retired nail tech but I keep my license current so I can continue to shop there. You can even place an order online and pick it up at the store which is super helpful. The ladies that work here are always a pleasure to deal with.

I wanted to give a major shout out to Marie and staff at the Salon Centric location at Briargate. She is amazing! Her expertise and knowledge made it really easy for me to know what to purchase! She has great wisdom and patience, as I observed with all of her clients health! She is worth the drive to this particular store because of the excellent service she gave me. Thanks Marie! I really appreciate what you did!

The people here are SO rude. I went in there and they didn’t even greet me when I walked in. Didn’t know you needed a license to shop there, but I had my aunts license. They still wouldn’t sell to me even with her valid license. They said she needed to be there but she was in the hospital and they continued to bug and bag that they needed to call her. They said they only sell to those with their own license due to taxes. I understand that but they’re still getting the money either way. Extremely rude and unhelpful. They are even rude to my aunt who has went in there with HER valid beauty license. So unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend going there and would never recommend this place.

The girls are extremely helpful at this location! They’re always updating you about upcoming sales and I’m always bringing my little one in with me and rheyre always so sweet to him. Definitely my fav beauty supply shop.
