The first store I visited was in Orlando, where I created my account and was able to shop the same day without any issues. Later, I found out there was a location close to my home, and I was excited about the convenience. However, from my very first experience at the Clermont location, the service was extremely disappointing. During my first visit, I was assisted by Karina, who asked if I had purchased there before. I told her yes, because I had already shopped at another store. I selected my products and went to the checkout, but she said she couldn’t find my account and asked me to call the Salon Centric 1-800 number. Always a good in store experience staff always helpful , I had to run in to this location because my rep forgot to place my order over a month almost. This happened to me 3 times and every time I went in Shavon and her team were extremely helpful at the store with everything that my team and I needed.

I had a wonderful experience last Thursday. Karina was kind and welcoming when I entered the store and asked if I needed help finding anything. The store was very clean and organized. Definitely making trips back to this store.

Had an unpleasant time at this Salon Centric location. Bought an amika dry shampoo pack, but one bottle was empty. Attempted to exchange it at the store, but faced refusal and encountered rude, unhelpful associates. Disappointing customer service experience overall.
