Myofascial release therapy (MRT) is a game changer! After 3 months of physical therapy for my neck and shoulders (due to a car accident), I didn't experience much relief. I have attended chi-gong classes with Hitomi as my instructor now for two months now. I really enjoy having her as my instructor, she has amazing energy, you can really tell she has a passion for what she does. She is also playful in a professional manner, which is great while I’m learning new techniques, it takes the nervousness away and brings me comfort. The best experience with Hitomi, my son has a partial tear in his quad from an injury kicking in football, Hitomi did a great MFR Fascia massage and helped with his hematoma, she took her time and checked him not just the affected area but everything.
