Walked up by 3:30pm, on Saturday — where hours were posted both online and on the door, open ‘til 4pm.. And the door was locked. Not a soul to be found — other than the woman and child standing outside, looking as baffled as I did. Wasn’t even note on the door to indicate why. Yet, there was a sign with “4pm” highlight, to emphasis that was the time they’s be closing on Saturday, the 30th. During their Black Friday sale weekend. If you’re going to close early — fine. Though, to be so inconsiderate to not even put a note I indicating such — locking customers out, during stated business hours, for no rhythm or reason. I wanted to potentially take advantage of their sale; so, when the store was closed, I attempted to go online.. I have never purchased online, prior — being I can go t

employees are always horrible, no prices anywhere and going in there always puts me in a bad mood very sad that Cosmo prof does not have what I need all the time and I have to go here.

Nissa is absolutely horrible and completely unhelpful. Placed an online order and the money came out of my account but she won’t get the order ready and give it to my pickup person.

I went during their posted hours on Saturday and had an employee come out and rudely tell me they were closed without giving any reason or explanation, and then lock the door in my face.

I'm sorry but if you only sell to "licensed professionals" (which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard) then your workers should probably mention it when people walk through the door. No idea how this place stays in business. "It's on the door" in the tiniest writing! Weirdest store ever.
