Honestly, they are constantly out of items coming in today and hearing them say it is because the strike is ridiculous. I took a chance because I was passing this way on the highway instead of going to the one in Union oh and they have no change so it has to be exact. Most of the people who work there don’t know anything about the products so you have to know everything pretty much

I’m surprised that this store AS A COMPANY has 4.5 stars VERY surprised. The girls are polite and pleasant. Although they are clueless, it’s not their fault because breathing is the only requirement to be hired by salon centric. I don’t write reviews but this has gone too far! Too many year of disorganization! U walk in there and the look of panic on these girls faces is hard to watch. The system is garbage. Get it together SALON CENTRIC. Let it be known that most stylists only shop with u because there is no other option.

Cashier was extremely rude and unfriendly

It was an experience as any other. I went to pick up some items and they had what I needed.
