OMG. THE NEW STAFF (MANAGER and another AWESOME lady) VERY respectful and knowledgeable. They are super friendly and make you feel happy. The OLD STAFF was horrible compared to these Two I’ve been a client of this Portland,Me location for 16 years. NEVR had an issue until this past year with the OLD STAFF especially 1 lady in particular who manipulated a whole situation and tried to embarrass me in front of other store clients and my Gf. I also had to complain when this happen. And Salon Centric DROPPED the ball on dealing with complaints. I’ve spent probly more In this store than they paid that lady and this company’s customer service # dropped ball hard. BUT, THE NEW STAFF IS AWESOME. They are here for the Customer. I recommend coming to meet the New staff. THEY DESERVE A RAISE ASAP.

This particular store had low inventory, but what was more disturbing is that even though the sign out front read, “Masks required,” the other customers were not wearing them, and an employee walked within inches of me. More concerning is that the clerk made no effort to disinfect the counter between customers. I had a MUCH better experience at CosmoProf and I will never shop again at this particular Salon Centric!

Pretty disappointed that they seem to never be open when they are supposed to be. As a professional stylist that has to drive 30 minutes to get what I need, it is a real pain to show up and have them not be open. I won't be bothering to come here anymore, it seems that it will be more beneficial to make the longer drive to Portland.

A great place for salon professionals to get excellent product. My go to spot, as a stylist.

Helped me get a good deal on shampoo even though I didn't have a salon license.
