Identity Salon

Identify Salon is by far the best salon in the Lewiston/Auburn area. I always see Ashleigh, and she is AMAZING! I have been to other salons, the stylists didn’t listen and destroyed my hair. Ashleigh always listens, she knows my end goal with my hair, and styles it so that I will achieve the results I want. I cannot say enough about how great Identity Salon is!

I made an appointment for my daughter To get her hair done for homecoming. I asked for a slick back definitely did not get that.. The girl that did my daughter’s hair did not even brush my daughter’s hair out. I then had to go to the store, buy hair products and redo it myself because it was horrible. I have taken pictures of what we got from the salon and what I did .. This is unacceptable I will be calling in and talking to the owner I should have said right there that I hated it, but I wasn’t trying to be mean. If people don’t know how to work with certain hair textures or do a certain hairstyle then they should let you know Altogether with me having to go to the store and buy products to do it correctly, I spent over $150 which is ridiculous… I’ve also noticed that that salon they

I went in expecting to do a one time pedicure, however the experience was so good and they were so nice that I am going to make it a regular thing. I already scheduled my next appointment and I’m looking forward to it.

I had a pedicure with Julia today and it was hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She is super sweet and has a calming energy about her that added to the already incredibly relaxing experience! 10/10 recommend, I can’t wait to see her again for my next pedicure.

I have utilized Identity Salon for many services. Overall they have been wonderful and I feel like a VIP every time I go. Over the past 5 years I have had thinning hair and it has gotten worse. Ashleigh took the time to research thinning hair as well as supplements and other techniques that would work (satin pillowcases, scalp massage, certain shampoo ingredients). She reached out to colleagues to find out more for me and got back in touch with me to make a plan for me that would attack the problem all while making me still feel beautiful. I bring both of my children to Identity Salon and send anyone I can there as I know they will be treated as wonderful as I am every time.
