Don't love this location! I live in Eagle Mountain and would rather drive to Riverton location. Every time I go in I am told things that go completely against the knowledge of a product that I have used for 20 years. The girls today tried to tell me the Pureology was Minty and had Tea tree, which it does not the Conditioner does have a mint smell. Pureology has more of a earthly smell to it. This got me super interested when this employee was so adamant about it. So I googled it!! I attached what came up! Also remember the people who work there are not licensed always!! That was 3 months ago and I have not been back. Cosmoprof sales Amica products and so I have switch to that shampoo so I do have go to Salon Centric anymore.

I absolutely love this store! They have the friendliest and nicest staff! I needed a lot of help and Abby and Hannah took their time to help me get everything sorted out and to make sure I bought the right products I needed!! Thank you!!

Absolutely horrible customer service and has been for years. I called before picking up an order to confirm it was ready and they said they didn’t have it. After confirming with the Orem store it was not there they informed me American fork did have it. I called back and they said oh yea it’s right here. When I go to pick up the order one of the girls was sitting on her phone and after taking with her didn’t bother to look up from her phone to help. Both girls working had no sense of customer service or professionalism! Shout out to the Orem store for doing the jobs of the American fork store. It a further drive to Orem for me but I will be avoiding American fork from now on.

Not a good return policy. I bought trimmers, opened them up super excited to get a new pair and tried it on my client. Started snagging the hair and hurt my client. I tried putting oil on them to see if it would help with the snagging. Still didn’t help. ( I also can’t adjust the blades) On their receipt it says you can return electronics with in 60 days and if the item is unopened. How would I have known they were defective with out opening the product ?

Katelyn is absolutely the best !!! Can't live with out her at salon centric's she is so knowledgeable about every product in there ! I love it . I feel like she knows every person that walks in the store by name . This girl is the biggest asset and the reason I go to this store! Thanks Katelyn for always being so kind to my kids .
