Please believe when I say I am not normally someone who leaves reviews but I left the need to warn anyone who is considering using this hair dresser. I had an appointment 01/06/26 for a balayage. I explained to her that I wanted the blonde to be brought back to my roots and have the blonde I already had lighten. After five hours she managed to completely destroy my hair cuticle and ruin my hair. She placed bleached all over my scalp then to try and make it look natural, she placed toner on my roots which were already covered in bleach which mixed and bled, turning my hair orange. As you can see in the pictures I left with orange and red hair because she truly does not know what she is doing. ( I included before and after pictures.) The good: Sandra is very pleasant and seems to genuinely care about her clients and their hair. The shop itself is cute and conveniently located in downtown Clermont, though be aware that parking may be an issue. The bad: I purchased the silk press Groupon, and unfortunately, the price turned out to be too good to be true. I have long, natural hair and am accustomed to being charged extra; however, a $50 upcharge for hair that sits just above the bra line when straight felt excessive The ugly: My biggest concern is the technique used, which was highly damaging. After washing, Sandra proceeded to flat iron my hair while it was still WET. When I inquired about this, she explained that she uses a special infrared flat iron designed to "seal moisture into the hair." While some flat irons

Sandra was very kind, knowledgable and uses clean natural products.I always go back and see her. My hair gets stronger and healthier each visit.
