Maryam is the best hairstylist I have ever had! She always makes sure I get the cut I want. She can follow a reference photo amazingly and always makes sure we are on the same page about my hair. I recently got a trim and a blowout and I loved it! My hair has never been so shiny! 10/10 experience. Go see my girl Maryam!

My experience at Salon Vivace was nothing short of perfect. Maryam took amazing care of me and all of the staff was generous and gracious. My appointment was fast, but Maryam did not compromise the quality of the results. I will be coming back so soon and look forward to being a frequent customer!

I purchased a package for my future daughter in law for her bridal shower to enjoy and relax before her wedding. She thoroughly enjoyed the massage and facial, but was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of hermani/pedi as shown below. She scheduled this service two days before her wedding and had to scramble the day before her wedding to get her nails and toes redone at another location. I was so upset as this had been a gift meant to help her relax. I called the company, along with sending an email with the attached pictures, requesting a manger to return my call. I never received a call back. I am so disappointed with such poor customer service and lack of quality for an establishment with this reputation. Be aware, you may not get what you pay for.

I loved my spa appointment. One of the best massages I’ve gotten with wonderful products that didn’t irritate my sensitive skin/fragrance allergies. I also love, love, love my nails and mani pedi. Will be back!

Best - my masseuse. I can’t recall her name, at the moment and meant to ask again prior to leaving. Jace? She was phenomenal. Listened to my areas of concern, made me extremely comfortable, and overall, just gave a great massage. No complaints at all about the massage itself and her vibe. The Salon experience? Very mid. Considering it’s associated with a high end hotel (The Jefferson) and we are guests, I would have assumed the quality would be that of salons like Sea Pines Resort and Kiawah, or Montage. It wasn’t. No area to relax in a robe, have champs, chill before or after, etc. You walk past the athletic equipment to rooms connected to pedicure stations.
