Salon Ultimo

meant to post this a few weeks ago after i got my hair done but i haven’t had my hair done in over a year and i was very nervous for my appointment. i’ve been experiencing a lot of hair loss and was afraid that getting my hair done would make it worse but Maddie did a wonderful job and my hair turned out really great. i love my highlights & lowlights. will be seeing her again in December :)

Alyssa was wonderful! She listened to my ideas and got exactly what I was looking for. She was excellent to make some suggestions as well! Alyssa has also done a great job with my child's haircuts. They enjoy coming in to have their hair cut too!

It was my first time coming to Salon Ultimo several days ago, and right off the bat the atmosphere was stylish and charming. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. I treated myself with a 90 min dermaplaning facial with Ebonie as well as a brow wax and overall it was THE BEST experience I have ever had anywhere. Loved the spa room, it wasn't clinical whatsoever. Her attention to detail was out of this world and her energy was super inviting- it was beyond relaxing. I walked out completely speechless, feeling like I was in another dimension. I am 100% hooked and have already prebooked for more services :)

The salon itself has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful...very customer oriented. Nice decor, but what about the real reason you go to a salon.... This was my third visit to a stylist, trying to get my cut right. Steph nailed it first time! She listened to what I said and I got exactly that. She said her goal was that I walk out of the salon loving my hair (love that!!) ...and I do! She is obviously gifted in her profession and I will most definitely be back.

Made an impromptu appointment with a stylist I had not seen before, Kailey. She gave me such a fun and cute style with the haircut and it was exactly what I hoped for! I also needed life brought back to my hair and she recommended the perfect hair mask treatment. Such a great experience and I love my hair again!
