Extremely rude and unprofessional. The stylist acted like she was above it all — barely acknowledged me, didn’t listen to what I wanted, and seemed completely uninterested in providing any real service. Her attitude was cold and dismissive, especially compared to how she treated other clients she clearly preferred. She did what she wanted with my hair, not what I asked for, and acted like I should be grateful. The arrogance and lack of basic courtesy were unbelievable. If you’re expecting to be treated with respect or listened to, don’t waste your time here. I highly recommend all to stay away from this place especially from Giselle. F+++ service. STAY AWAY. Only place I go to, to get my hair done! They are GREAT with color, I came in a long haired brunette and left a ombre platinum blonde! They took such good care of my hair. And of me too! Experienced young staff! They do a quick consulting making sure there's an understanding on what color, cut and style your looking for (bring photo of look you want, it helps). They will assess and advice what would be best for your hair. The only downfall, because they do take walk-ins you can be there for a few hours. However the results are amazing!! Cost is very reasonable 😉 Great job ladies!

I had an appointment with someone there and when I walked in, the owner Racelly offered to cut my hair. During the cut, she kept babbling "long hair, too much work" to a point that it became annoying. She did a horrendous job with my hair. While she was cutting my hair, she also kept stopping to talk on the phone. I think they are super unprofessional there and work as they please. I will certainly not be going there again.
