Salon Thread - Oak Hill

I went there for my eyebrows and a Henna piece on my left hand. The reference photo given were photos from the website please see below. What i actually got was nothing like the photos and very sloppy and light was informed clerk it was my first time and she offered me no instructions on how to care for henna after it dried. All she said was wash off after 12 min . After watching a YouTube video I waited 45 min then scraped off the access dry henna I didn’t wet and I let it rest for 24 hours . The result was VERY DISAPPOINTING! The tint I got on my eyebrows washed off right away and it stayed it lasts 3 to 6 weeks I was charged 55 dollars and it was terrible work ! My friend too busy crying to post this review so I’m writing this on her behalf. She went into Salon Thread for threading and tint. She came back to the car in distress. I don’t understand how someone can do a job like this, look at it and think it’s OK! Moon shaped brows??? REALLY!? And she was charged $34. Now she has to go somewhere else to fix them.

I went in for an eyebrow appointment and was planning to join the membership, but they suddenly told me there was an extra fee to join. I had just signed paperwork clearly saying $19.99, and no one could explain where the extra charge came from. When I asked to speak with a manager just to clarify the cost, I was only given the owner’s number. I called, she promised to call me back in five minutes, but never did. The whole thing already felt shady, and then the service itself was the nail in the coffin — I left with a cut and tear under my eyebrow, something that has never happened in over a decade of getting my brows done. Fair prices but you risk your skin!

Great service and friendly staff. The place is clean and comfortable, and I’m happy with the results. Highly recommended!
