Jennifer is amazing at what she does! I get a shadow box, highlights and trim at a great price and wouldn't dream of letting anyone else touch my hair. I've lived in Indiana for the past few years and it's still worth the drive to IL for this salon!

I’ve been seeing Chloe Mopper with Charm And Bliss in Suite 3 for a while for a ‘clipper cut’ (scissors on top, clippers around-pixie cut). She does a fantastic job every time! Her corner suite is very welcoming and spotlessly clean. She is extremely professional yet very personal. Highly recommend Chloe!

My 1st time, only getting a Bangkok. But very efficient and I love the way she did them. I will definitely be going back. The one thing you need to know is you have to have an appointment ahead of time to get in because the building is locked and they have over 12 stylists in of stylists in the building itself.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing and disheartening experience at this salon. I walked in hoping to get a simple blowout, only to be met with blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that I was not welcome. The woman immediately told me she "doesn't know how to work with my hair texture," which felt like a thinly veiled excuse for not wanting to serve me. Her tone was condescending, and she seemed more interested in rolling her eyes and whispering to her colleagues than providing any semblance of customer service. Feeling uncomfortable and discriminated against, I asked to speak to a manager. To my dismay, the woman claimed she was the owner of the building. Went to see Taylor in suite 12 for my first ever official haircut and she exceeded my expectations by a mile, definitely recommend and will be a regular customer.
