I love the inviting atmosphere at this location. It has a very clean environment & the lobby is spacious. There is multiple service providers at this location that offer massages, brow services, haircuts + coloring, extensions , nail services, barbers & more. I am currently a tenant here & I never have any issues. The owners of the building are so sweet & amazing at communication. 10/10 experience as a renter & a client.

Salon suites 27 offers a great experience for service providers and their clients. The lobbies and bathrooms are always clean. Rental rates are fair.

I’m making this review from a tenant prospective. My experience at Salon Suite 27 was great when I became a tenant in the beginning. Communication was constant for the most part, cleanliness overall in the entire vicinity was good, And the rent was affordable, compared to other places. However not all good things last. As soon as my lease ended it became incredibly frustrating. While I initially hoped for a professional relationship, communication quickly deteriorated. Upon moving out, I asked for the paint code for touch-ups, and was simply told to use "white or white satin" no specific code was provided. Predictably, when I painted, the landlord claimed the paint didn't match and attempted to withhold my deposit. Because I painted 4” on the other wall that needed touch up. This led to f
