This was my second visit to this salon, and unfortunately I left disappointed. Positives first: the final install does look good, and the stylist accepts both cash and electronic payments. My first appointment (11/14 at 5:30 PM) started late because the shop was locked when I arrived. I was not greeted and waited over an hour while other clients were serviced, ultimately needing to reschedule due to time constraints. The rescheduled appointment went well overall and I would rate that visit an 8.5/10. My most recent appointment on 12/26 was for a traditional weave maintenance scheduled for 10:00 AM and listed as a 1.5-hour service. Once again, the shop was locked at arrival and the stylist arrived around 10:10 AM. The website notes a 10-minute grace period with fees for late clients, but

All I’m going to say is my weave so flat and my edges are so layed!!! I think I have a HD lace front on!!! JasminBaddd really owns up to her salon name!!! She slays and lays hair!! Shampoo and trims ends come with the service!! Jasmin is professional salon is clean she is fun to talk to and very knowledgeable on hair care. I give her service a 10/10!!! If you don’t believe me just book her and see for yourself.

Once your eyebrows are done you need nothing else. Shonna always does an amazing job. She is punctual and professional while still remaining friendly. I have been going to her for years and I amaze every time. Her precision and knowledge is unparalleled. I am so glad she continues to be our brow slayer.
