Salon Services PRO - Draper

100% won’t be going back. First time coming in. Brought my cosmetology licenses with me. However I didn’t have my drivers license because I had left it with my husband. I did have my expired temp license. She claimed she couldn’t help me without a valid license even though I had a photo id and my cosmetology license in hand. I told her I could show her one of my credit cards that I’ll also have the same name on them. She was very rude and unhelpful. The only product this company has the I would use is Kevin Murphy and I can just order that straight from them.

I went in there and was not treated well. I’ve gone to this store a lot of times before and have never experienced this. The girl at the front didn’t greet me when I went in, and when I was ready to ask for my online order she just looked at me and said “name” in a rude way. Wasn’t helpful either. I’m posting this in the hopes a manager will see and can make sure the employees are being nice to customers. I’ve spent lots of money there!

I always love coming in to this store! With the demands of being a hairstylist they always make things so easy and less stressful. Ashley & Katrina are the best!
