The employees here are very helpful and knowledgeable. When we have not been able to locate a product because it is out of stock, they often make recommendations for an alternate product. There are good sales and the employees have shown us when a product can be purchased at a more affordable price - sometimes by purchasing multiple items or a larger size. The only problem I have had here is the “pumps” sold for larger quantities of product like shampoo and conditioner. The pumps are difficult to use (stiff and very hard to initially open/untwist for use). I suggest a different brand be sold. Overall I recommend this beauty supply.

Amazing experience at salon services today. It was my first time and I was blown away by the customer service. Mackenzie went above and beyond for me and was very knowledgeable about all the products I asked about. It was like a personal shopper experience and these ladies were so helpful and not impatient for one second. One of my best shopping experiences for my mom and I. That can really make or break a relationship with a business. We were not asked or persuaded to make this review but they gave such good customer service and we wanted them to get recognition so hopefully the owner sees this! This will now forever be my go to beauty store. So clean and classy and well staffed. Hard to find in the Portland area. Both Mackenzie and Chloe gave great recommendations to my mother and I and
