I wish I had the same positive experience reflected in the other reviews, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I came in with hair well past my shoulders and asked for a cut just at or slightly past my shoulders, with face-framing and bangs shaped to suit my face. While the stylist was kind, the haircut itself was not what I asked for and did not feel like quality work. A large portion of the appointment was spent styling my hair with a blow dryer, round brush, and multiple products, with me facing away from the mirror. Each time I asked for more length taken off or more face framing, I was encouraged to wait and see how it looked after styling.
