A friend's recommendation led me to Salon Se Swa, where I received good customer service. I appreciated the walk-in , no-appointment policy. My hair stylist Kee (Kee- Kee) did a remarkable job washing, flat ironing, & styling my hair. Also, the prices were within my budget. I am grateful for the outstanding service and look forward to coming again.

I went in as a walk in as a natural customer to get a wash, protein treatment and blow dry. The shampooing of my hair was terrible, the protein treatment that I asked for was considered as the little treatment tubes that you get out of the beauty supply store. As she washed out the treatment she used scorching hot water to do so. She begin to come through my hair while blow drying all ruff not trying to detangle my hair at all resulting in me telling her that was enough leave it dry. The service that the lady provided was very horrible and I will not allow her to get in my head again. $25 for the service that wasn't rendered properly. She wasn't professional at all and the reason for me saying it was because she was having a little dispute with a co- worker.

Okay I been going here for almost 2-3 months now and I have to say.. Jackie has the Midas touch, let me tell you why: My first appointment was in September and it was a "5yr salon while" for me. My hair is thin, curly, fine texture, soft and at neck length. Very unhealthy ends. She washed and conditioned my hair and dried it. Yesss and explained to me her professional reasons why and what was recommended for my hair health. Niiice blow out with the curls. (S/N: Y'all I don't do well wrapping up my hair. I get hot quick and Im snatching it off) I could tell that my hair wanted to stay straight because it would only curl at the ends. It was also healthier..After 2 weeks I decided to see my girl Jackie again... My second visit was even better because it's like whatever she did the first time

Great Business!! I felt welcome, soon as I walked in she asked what service I was looking for. Also was willing to give me information on how I can keep my hair looking healthy and also when to come to in the salon to get treatment/more needed services. I recommend this salon to anyone☺️♥️

This was my first visit to Salon Se Swa. I got a blow out from Mrs. Jackie. She was so kind and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the service and definitely will return!
