Oh my gosh, they’re natural girl friendly the way my curls came back after washing. It was amazing. They do an amazing deep cleaning,Trimming and styling overall for a great price. Love the experience overall.

There’s only about two good things about this salon. The finished product (atleast for 70-80% of their customers) and the cleanliness. They have kids and baby crying and running all over the place interrupting peoples sessions touching and being loud and disruptive. It shouldn’t take 4-5+ hours to get a simple wash and blow dry when there are only 4 other customers and you have 5 staff members. They have you sit under the dryer for 1 and a half plus maybe an hour if you lucky i understand hair takes time to dry but not over an hour. I love this salon because the location is perfect for traveling for me. Also i needed to get my hair detsangle a bit, whatever that’s fine. If you in a neighborhood where it’s majority of black people why are you brushing from the top to the ends and so roughly

I thought that perm in their shampoo/conditioner was a tall tale until my daughter took my little cousin to get her hair washed and blown out and my little cousin came back with bone straight hair. Even when it got a little wet or she was sweating it did NOT turn back to it's original texture. I have no way proving they put perm in the product but , my gut and eyes told me differently.

They over charged for something they never did in my niece hair and want to argue and gave an attitude because I told them about it. Not professional at all

Price was a little high, but worth it. This salon has high quality professionals, and will have your hair looking and feeling amazing
