Hair looks great overall but service isn’t for me. Demeanor wasn’t welcoming at all. If I’m paying quality prices, I won’t accept anything less they high quality customer service. I’m finding in today’s world people often try to justify rudeness with saying they’re direct but it’s not the same thing. Initial appointment was alright but when I went back for a maintenance it was different. There seemed to be a slight attitude from the time I entered the door and I realized there was a miscommunication that I was supposed to take out the feed-ins. When I looked back on the site, the service did not specify whether to take them out or not, so I went off of the other maintenance service in which you keep everything in the hair and the stylist does it. Brittany was amazing!!! I got my very first sew in and she took the time to explain everything to me. The input process, how to care for it, product recommendations, and at home styling techniques! She even took the time to help me with tips and tricks for my natural hair. I will most definitely be going to see her again. This woman is truly talented and a blessing. Be #blessedbybritt ASAP
