Salon Passione

Chad is a master of hair and I am so happy to be his client! Grazia is wonderful and the salon is elegant/casual/welcoming. I found Salon Passione by asking someone with great hair who had cut it! Then learned Chad was a Vidal Sassoon grad as are all the top hairdressers in the world in my experience. You cannot find this level of excellence easily and I would travel much farther than Pasadena to get it.

Salon Passione is a gem! Chad is a true master with hair, and Grazia makes every appointment feel special. I originally found the salon after admiring a stranger’s haircut, and now I completely understand the hype. Chad’s Vidal Sassoon training comes through in every detail. This kind of excellence is rare—I’d happily drive far beyond Pasadena to keep coming back.

I’ve been going to Chad (co-owner) for many years. Even tried a few other people but always go back to Salon Passione and Chad. Barring a relocation, Chad is stuck with me. Just got my hair done today and it’s fabulous as always. The haircuts and color are by far the best I’ve had. I am a natural redhead, yet with the inevitable gray taking over Chad has found just the right recipe to bring my hair back to its once natural color. Great customer comfort and service is on full display at Salon Passione. Oh, and the music is alway great! Thanks Chad and Grazia.

Went in a few months ago for a hair cut. Explained what I wanted very clearly with photos, and received one of the worst, and most rushed hair cuts I've had in years. I believe it was Chad that cut my hair. There was no styling, one long layer with no blending (I asked for shorter layers, in a 70s kind of style, as shown in an older photo of my hair), and the cut left me worse off than I was with my old layer grow out and split ends. Absolutely do not recommend going here. Thankfully I found a muchhhh better stylist elsewhere (DTLA) that provided the layers and cut I asked for, I suggest you save your money and your hair!

Chad and Grazia have amazing talent! They provide quality service and it's a great Salon atmosphere! Chad gives a great color and cut with lots of humor added! Cool personality!
