Tina is my go-to person at Salon one! She is friendly, a good listener, and advises but does not impose her recommendations on you. She’s experienced and checks in with you throughout the process to make sure you’re happy with the cut and the color. I usually get highlights and a haircut from her and would recommend her to friends. Reasonable prices, availability, and consistent quality service.

Beware and don’t go here, especially to Cindy!!!!! I spent $350 for a terrible job and serious damage to my hair and scalp. I came in with blonde highlights and simply wanted to go platinum blonde with pink highlights. I was told they could do it. That was not true. Not only did they fail to achieve what I asked for, but they completely ruined my hair. My hair was bleached twice in the same day. I was left sitting with bleach on my scalp for a long time without anyone checking on me while they passed up at least five other clients. I was completely unattended. As a result, I suffered chemical burns on my scalp. I now have scabs all over my head and was in so much pain that I had to go to urgent care to be treated. I second not going to Jessica. She seriously finished in 15 minutes. I asked her to layer my hair and she said too many layers would require me to style it, the end result of less layers but I still have to style it! When she asked how short she literally took straight scissors and went around and snipped to make a blunt cut you can only really see the frizzy "layers" on my left side nothing looks to be done on the right because my hair naturally curves in on the right and out on the left. My hair is also uneven one side is longer. She didn't even part my hair to layer she just cut the outer layer. To get the ends she took thinning scissors and just chopped away. Spontaneously went to Salon One for 1st time & saw Tommy for special event. My long time stylist & Salon owner was on vacation. Tommy is fabulous! I've had highlights, several blow-outs and haircuts. I was in a concert going phase last year and relied on Tommy every time. His blow-outs held up through it all. Long treks to the venues in the wind, dancing and head banging moves. 22 mph winds at Levi. I describe him as having dancing hands the way he uses scissors. He came in once on his day off for me. They are all so kind there. You should give them a call.

I have very fine and thin Asian hair and was long over due for a haircut. I came in with very long, lifeless hair down my back and left with a fun bouncy bob and dark brown highlights. I’m really loving the result! I had originally just booked a short appointment for just a cut but Tina kindly did highlights for me as well. She was very personable and kept checking in with my preferences and was very accommodating. I also like the convenience of being able to book the appointment online via their website. I’m bringing my husband and kids for their cuts here next. Thanks!
