I got a perm done by Nelly! She took great care of me and walked me through the whole process of what it is like to have permed hair. She was very knowledgeable in how to properly care for it and she gave me all the tips I needed to know! Nelly gave my hair layers and a trim then we proceeded to get the perm done. It came out great and it looks very close to the reference photos I showed her! I would most definitely recommend ⭐️

Years ago, I used to be a loyal customer to iSalon and then one day I decided to venture off to explore other salons. After bouncing around a few stylists I made it back to iSalon this morning for a haircut with Ashley, and just a few days before my birthday. Ashley actually cut my hair before and I recalled she did a good job. Today, I showed her a couple pictures of the hair styles I had in mind and she quickly got to work. She’s friendly, professional, personable, and highly experienced. I left with healthy, shiny, fresh layers, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Ashley for your next hair appointment!

Great friendly consistent service over these many years. Started here with haircuts and styles from Brenda and now also visit for mani/pedi and waxing with Jenny. My son sees their talented curly hair specialist, Nelly. They are adding a head spa station soon! I am looking forward to trying it out!! PS ample free parking.

They tend to run behind with scheduled appointments. A few months ago I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time before I could be seated. Last week I had to wait 45 minutes. If iSalon reads this, I recommend allowing more time for haircuts. Mine took 1.5 hours. If there was an appointment after mine on the hour, they would have had to wait 30 minutes. The haircut itself was top-notch though with great service once I was seated.

I had a great experience with Nelly! I came in for a trim, I had previously had a bad experience at a different place and Nelly fixed my hair so nice! She respected my ask, and she was so communicative throughout my whole appointment just telling me what she was doing. And constantly checking in with me. She left my hair beautiful!
