Now that I’ve had a day to get a better look at my hair color and cut, I’m beyond elated with the change and improvement. I’m impressed with the level of true listening and confirmation of understanding of preferences and the incredible ability to deliver the described results. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My hair color is much more natural, has the dimension and contrast I was hoping for…the color and cut movement and overall healthy appearance is greatly improved! Loving the change! Thank you.

Libni is has the knowledge and skills to do everything needed or requested by her clients. She’s also sweet, kind and professional and pure joy to be around. I don't usually bother with reviews, but I'm so obsessed with this place, I had to shout them out! As someone who has been getting my hair dyed vivid colors and jewel-tones for over a decade, I've seen quite a few salons, and Salon Nové is hands down the best hair experience I've ever had! Sarah absolutely nails every wild color request I make, and my hair is so healthy!!! She takes the time to really listen and give you the hair you want. In my experience, stylists seem to specialize in either color or style, but she's absolutely amazing at both. And the cherry on top is the lovely company culture the owner has built. This was my visit to Salon Nové. The salon was clean and had a welcoming environment. They offered me two complimentary services with my haircut and something to drink. I wanted a simple cut to refresh everything so I could grow it out. Frania did a wonderful job and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Thank you!

I booked an appointment and gave them a picture of my hair which was bright red, along with what I wanted it to be changed to. She sent back the darker images as to provide what she believed she could actually accomplish. I also informed them BEFORE my appointment that I didn't feel comfortable paying more than $600 keeping tip in mind. After sitting there for 9 hours I walked out with horrible hair (see picture above), they didn't charge me and scheduled me with a different stylist two weeks later. I still tipped the stylist $100 as I felt bad she spent all that time on my hair, despite how upset I was of the turnout of my hair.
