Extremely unprofessional. Drove to the salon to get my hair done only to find out the stylist decided to cancel our appointment without notifying me prior to scheduled appointment as she doesn’t want to attempt to do my hair “because of results” OK use your big girl words then and tell me that before I drove all the way to the salon with no one here. Don’t waste your time coming here.
